Objective
PawZen is an e-commerce brand focused on products that help reduce anxiety in dogs.
The project aims to build a strong niche brand while testing product positioning, conversion optimization and paid advertising strategies.
Process
I researched the pet anxiety market and identified a product opportunity.
I then worked on product positioning, branding and the creation of a simple sales funnel including product pages and advertising tests to validate demand.
Outcome
The project helped me develop a strong understanding of product positioning, customer psychology and conversion optimisation.
Through building PawZen, I learned how to analyse a niche market, test product demand and structure a simple e-commerce sales funnel.
